Komodo dragon dude. Leaning on a tree apparently.
This should probably go in scraps but it's been so long that anything on my main page showed any signs of life...
So, have an anthro lizard.
If you put this guy in scraps, I'll chew your face right off. You know, in that, you're one of my best friends sort of way.
He's so super cool! I really love the attention you spent on details like the folds of skin along the lateral sides of the body, the scales, and of course, those wicked claws. Excellent!
lol, of course. Face chewings by good friends are helpful.
Thanks Nash! I tried to make him look lizardy enough; though I did skimp on the scales if you look closely. At least they give the impression of scaleness.
Claws=fun.
wow, he's great : )! definately looks like a wise elder.. actually, he really makes me think of those ancient friendly creatures from the dark crystal.. ka? i remember the evil ones are called skekskis. (thats a really good movie i need to see again) anyway.. awesome job with the skin markings, skin folds, perspective, and proportions. i love how the toes are so big ; ).
They usually referred to the 'good guys' as the Mystics, though I once came across a different name for them. urRu, I think it was.
I love that movie so much.
Thanks Malley. I don't draw scales much, for I am lazy. Lizard toes are fun.
Some people have been asking me about this stuff so I decided to gather all information in one single article on how to make your own portfolio, in a profesional and clean looking way. I hope it's useful, because these steps I myself take.
DeviantArt is full of extremely well produced artistic fashion and fine art photographs. Make up. Styling. Creation of scenery. Story. Light. Glamour. A combination of these expressions sometimes make up a great photograph. But the protagonists of these pictures are usually female.
So... now it's the time for male models to come into focus.

`karemelancholia is one of the most genuine deviants you could ever met. Always active and a true deviantART cheerleader and supporter in every aspect. You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More

And I believe this may call for a proper introduction, and well
Don't you see, I'm the narrator, and this is just the prologue?
