Don't expect to see any new art from me for a while. Consider this a placeholder journal.

Been a while. As per usual. *chuckles* I'm so slack.

So, I haven't had any new art recently. This is due to a rather exciting change: I moved in March, and things have been understandably hectic. I haven't been able to draw much at all. In fact the only drawings I have done are in preparation for a mural.
In the meantime, I don't have my scanner at the moment since it had to stay at my old house; for a while at least. I was hoping the old one could be repaired so I could use one or the other, but it looks like it might be permanently dead after all. Boo.
So, no new art for a while.
I also really need to figure something out for my sculpture stuff. Right now most of my supplies are not even at my new home. I don't have anywhere to put any of it. And much of the art supplies I do have here are not that accessible. This simply will not do.

Anyway, that's the big news these days; I've got a flat of my own (with my best friend, or 'heterosexual life mate', to quote Jay and Silent Bob).

That and I finally went and bought my laptop, and named it Ocelot. It fills me with glee!

But the biggest change in my life these days is that I have a partner. :3 I honestly never thought I'd be able to say that.
I'm happy.

mmm, neglected journal.

Nothing really to report here, art wise. I do have a couple trades that I seem to recall agreeing to do and therefore am hoping to get done, but have not even started yet. Blacky? Ladyroll? Let me know if I'm missing someone here.

Work is going great, for the most part. Flat hunting could be great in a day or two, or it might go back to being incredibly frustrating. We'll see.

I'm also really really really wanting to buy a laptop. I shall have to get a new computer soon enough regardless, so I might as well laptop it up.

And now for the mysteriousness: a fish named Bartholomew. :3
Apparently I have one.

Just a heads up, I shall be away for the holidays, briefly. Going to see my dad's family in 'Stoon.
(Yeah, that's slang for Saskatoon, for those of you unfamiliar with the Canadian prairies... all of you likely. )

Also, big thanks to Malley and Spirit for renewing my subscription. You are both full of win.

Yule drawings will be late, I'm afraid, but I'll try my best to get everything done before the new year.

Wow, I had forgotten how different the site looks when you aren't a subscriber.
Also, I can't believe a year went by that quickly.
Thanks again to the random person who got me that subscription; 'twas much appreciated.
The only thing that makes me sad is to not have my Niabol stamp here anymore. So all you Bill fans who can do so must now show off your stamp with pride, you hear?

Yule approaches. I really must get on the whole shopping and present making thing. I'm more behind than usual this year.
Just slogging along as always.
Might have a drawing or two soonish. Nothing special.
